p21和PCNA在喉原发性鳞癌中的表达

为探讨ｐ２１、ＰＣＮＡ在喉鳞癌中表达及其与临床的关系，采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ方法对３７例喉原发性鳞癌、癌旁１．０ｃｍ组织及２０例声带息肉组织进行ｐ２１和ＰＣＮＡ的检测，结果显示：ｐ２１表达定位于胞浆，癌旁组中有３例软骨细胞出现胞核阳性。喉癌组与癌旁组及声带息肉组的表达率相比较，Ｐ＜０．０５。组织分化高者ｐ２１表达高，组织分化低者ＰＣＮＡ表达高，高、低分化者表达率相比较，Ｐ均＜０．０５。但ｐ２１与ＰＣＮＡ二者无明显负相关。有颈淋巴结转移者的ＰＣＮＡ表达明显高于未转移者，Ｐ＜０．０５。作者认为，ｐ２１和ＰＣＮＡ在喉癌细胞的生长调控中可能起着重要作用。

Expression of p21 and PCNA in Primary Laryngeal Cancer

In an attempt to explore p21 and PCNA expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their association with clinical status,the detection of p21 and PCNA were performed with LSAB method in 37 primary laryngeal cancers,their adjacent tissues and 20 vocal cord polyps.The results showed that p21 was located at cytoplasm of mentioned tissues except for 3 adjacent tissues.The expressing rates of p21 between all mentioned tissues were different ( P <0.01, P <0.05 respectively).It was higer in well differentiated tissues than in poor differentiated one ( P <0.05).In contrast to p21,PCNA expressing rate was higher in poor differentiated tissnes.But there was no significant negative correlation between them.Besides,PCNA expressing was higher in the cases with neck lymph node metastasis than that in the cases without metastasis ( P <0.05).It seems to suggest that p21 and PCNA play an important role in proliferation and regulation of laryngeal cancer cells.
