| 摘 要： | 新型磁共振对比剂的研究是目前国内外的一个热点。磁共振对比剂能有效地提高MRI检测微小或隐匿病灶的能力,同时对反映靶器官的组织能力变化具有重要意义。本文就国内外磁共振对比剂及示踪技术的发展、研究概况及存在问题做一述评。

| Abstract: | In spite of the inherent versatility of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), researchers and clinicians from both home and aboard have made great achievements in developing safe and effective contrast agents. Many new agents are expected to be available for clinical use in the near future. It is of clinical importance that the agents should expand the diagnostic utility of MRI, improve the detection of tiny lesions and help evaluate specific tissue or organ functions. This article aims to examine current status of contrast agents for MRI and the problems waiting for solutions. |
