| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管鳞癌癌变过程c-myc蛋白的表达情况。方法采用SABC免疫组化法，检测45例食管鳞癌组织、癌旁粘膜及切缘正常粘膜上皮的c-myc表达情况。结果不典型增生、原位癌、浸润癌c-myc蛋白表达水平较高，阳性率分别为62.1%，90.0%及82.2%。癌组织中c-myc表达与分化程度无关(P>0.05），而与淋巴结转移有关(P>0.05）。结论c-myc高表达在食管鳞癌的发生及发展中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study c myc protein expression in esophageal squamous cell canceration course.Method:Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of c myc in 45 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) lesion,para cancerous mucosa and normal mucosa.Results:The expression levels of dysplasia,in situ carcinoma and invasive cancerous lesion was high.The positve rate of them was 62 1%,90 0% and 82 2% respectively.The expression of c myc protein was correlation with lymphatic metastasis ( P <0 05),but not correlation with differentiation( P >0 05).Conclusion:c myc protein may play some role in ESCC occurring and progression. |
