B超对眼科疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断

目的Ｂ型超声对眼科常见疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法Ａｌｏｋａ－ＳＳＤ６３０型超声仪眼部探查，探头频率５ＭＨｚ，使用直接及间接（加水囊）扫查法。结果总结的６种眼科常见疾病，１６９例、１８１只眼声象图特征，其中视网膜脱离５８例，眼内机化膜７９例，球内异物１９例，视网膜母细胞瘤７例，囊虫病３例，晶体脱位３例；年龄０．５～６８岁。各种疾病有其特征，超声可根据声象图的表现，对眼底病变的部位、形态、内部结构及活动度做出诊断与鉴别诊断。结论超声不受屈光间质混浊的限制，能清楚地观察到眼内病变的不同声象图特征，可为临床诊断提供依据，是一种不可缺少的诊断手段。

Diagnosis and analysis of B-mode ultrasonic scaning in eye diseases

Objectives Aim :B-de U ltrasound was used for diagnose and differentialdiagnos of the comm on eye diseases.Methods The a loka-ssD 630,ultrasonography was used to delect the eye diseases.The frequency of probe was 5mhz and both direct and indirect probing methods were applide.Results The article concluded the oppearances of six kinds of common eyes diseases of 169 case,and the ultrasonic features of 181 eyes.Am ong then 58 cases with detachm ent of retina;79 with fibrous mem brane in the intemaleyes 19 with foreign bady in eyes;7 with retinoblastoma;3 with cysticersis;3 with dislocatceic of lens.The patients age ranged between half a year to 68,Every diseases had got its cwnfeatures.A ccording to the different features of ultrasonoim age,the lication,shape,internal,construction,mooale extent,the ultrasonography could make the diagnosis and differentialdiagnosis.Conclusions dipte medium didn teffent the ultrasonic appearances.The operator could seeclearly the different ltrasonic feature of the lesions the eyes.It could provid the evidences for clinical diagnosis.Thus it was an necessary diagnosis means.
