Abstract: | This study aimed to assess the efficacy of surgical treatment followed by post-surgical CHOP chemotherapy and to analyze the impact of T and N stage on survival in localized intestinal diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBL) patients. A prospective non-randomized study was conducted and 40 patients received primary surgical resection with lymph node dissection and post-operative CHOP chemotherapy. After a median follow-up duration of 33.3 months (range, 5.1-75.9 months), an estimated 5-year overall survival rate was 88.9% and a 5-year disease-free survival rate was 83.1%. Primary surgical resection followed by post-operative CHOP chemotherapy showed high efficacy in intestinal DLBL patients. |
