双锥面螺旋臼在类风湿性髋关节炎全髋置换中的应用

目的] 初步评价Zweymüller双锥面螺旋臼在类风湿性髋关节炎全髋置换中的临床应用效果。方法] 自2001年4月至2006年10月对24例(39髋)类风湿性髋关节炎患者行Zweymüller螺旋臼假体置换，随访时间14～62个月，平均37.3个月。结果]所有患者髋关节疼痛消失，髋臼稳定，关节活动度增加，X线片示假体与骨组织整合良好，假体周围无透亮线，髋臼假体无松动，Harris评分由术前的平均23.6分（17-46分）提高到术后的平均86．3分(79-96分)。结论] Zweym-üller双锥面螺旋臼适用于类风湿性髋关节炎全髋置换病例，初期随访效果满意。

Application of bicon-threaded cup in total hip arthroplasty for coxitis of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective] To access the clinical effect of Zweymüller bicon-threaded cup in total hip arthroplasty for coxitis of rheumatoid arthritis.Method] Total hip arthroplasty in 24 patients(39 hips)having coxitis of rheumatoid arthritis were performed with Zweymüller threaded cup from April 2001 to October 2006. The follow- up time ranged from 14 to 62 months(average 37.3 months).Result] All patients were free from pain with stable fixation and mobility increasing. The process of osseo integration being well ,the radiolucent line and radiographic loosening of acetabulum prosthesis were not found .The Harris hip score increased from preoperative 23.6 points (17-46 points) to postoperative 86.3 points (79-96 points).Conclusion] Zweymüller threaded cup used in total hip arthroplasty is proved to be suitable to the patients having coxitis of rheumatoid arthritis.
