65例早产儿眼底检查分析

目的 观察南京及周边地区早产儿视网膜病变（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）的发病情况。方法 收集2004年5月至2004年11月在我院儿科住院并有明确吸氧治疗史的早产儿共65例，按患儿出生体重共分为4组，使用双目间接眼底镜检查各组息儿眼底情况，并详细记录眼底异常所见。结果 4组患儿中未见体重小于1000g者，其余各组病例中均见有ROP的改变及其他眼底异常。结论 在南京及周边地区，存在低体重早产儿高发ROP的较大风险，同时，高体重早产儿也有较高的眼底异常检出率，应引起相关医学专业人员的重视。

The clinical analysis of fundus check in premature babys of 65 cases

Objective To observe the rate of ROP of the premature neo-born babies around Nanjing county. Method We collected 65 premature neo-born cases who were treated with O~2 in our in-department children ward from May 2004 to Nov 2004, and divided them into 4 groups according to their born-weight, then we checked their eye fundus with indirect ophthalmoscope, and noted all the disorders we met. Results we got no case in our less than 1000g group, other groups shown some syndromes with or without ROP. Conclusion There is a high-dangerous rate of ROP in the low body-weight premature neo-born babies around Nanjing county. On the same time, we have met many other syndromes not belonging to ROP in the high body-weight premature neo-born babies, we should also pay close attention to these premature cases.
