两种不同的方法治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨两种不同的方法治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将2008年1月-2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予肠溶阿司匹林及奥扎格雷钠治疗，观察组给予低分子肝素钙联合血栓通注射液治疗。结果治疗后观察组患者在PTC、APTT、INR及FIB改善方面明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为97．67％，对照组为76．67％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组在治疗半月、一个月后NDS评分明显优于对照组．两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论低分子肝素钙联合血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果更好，值得应用。

Observation of Curative Effect on Two Different Methods in the Treatment for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the curative effect on two different methods in the treatment for acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was treated by enteric coated aspirin and sodium ozagrel, while the observation group was treated by low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with xueshuantong injection. Results After the treatment, in improv- ing PTC, APTT, INR and FIB the observation group was significantly better than those of patients in control group, and there was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 97.67% in observation group and 76.67% in control group, and there was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. In the observation group the score of NDS was obviously higher than that in the control group at half a month, one month after treatment, and there was significant difference （P 〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse effect in two groups. Conclusion The effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with xueshuantong injection in the treatment for acute cerebral infarction is superior to that of sodium ozagrel combined with enteric coated aspirin, so it is worthy of being applied.
