NNN-链接护理模式在脑卒中偏瘫住院患者中的应用

目的探讨NNN-链接护理模式在脑卒中偏瘫住院患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2016年2月—2018年12月江汉大学附属湖北省第三人民医院收治的300例脑卒中偏瘫住院患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院时间将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组150例。对照组患者给予神经内科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用NNN-链接护理模式。比较两组患者护理结局量表、脑卒中患者治疗依从性调查问卷、生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQO-BREF)得分情况。结果干预后,观察组患者预防跌倒、活动、预防误吸、日常活动能力(自理)方面的护理结局得分差值高于对照组,两组差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者治疗依从性调查问卷功能训练、生活方式改变、服药、饮食4个方面的依从性得分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组WHOQO-BREF得分差值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NNN-链接语言可改善脑卒中偏瘫患者护理结局和生活质量,提高患者依从性。

Application effects of NNN-linked nursing model on stroke in-patients with hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the application effects of NNN-link nursing model in stroke inpatients with hemiplegia.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 300 stroke in-patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Hubei Province,Jianghan University from February 2016 to December 2018.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission,with 150 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care in the Department of Neurology,and the observation group adopted the NNN-linked nursing model based on the control group.The scores of the Nursing Outcome Scale,the Treatment Compliance Questionnaire for Stroke Patients,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the differences in the Nursing Outcome Scale scores of the patients in the observation group in the dimensions of fall prevention,activity,aspiration prevention,and daily activity(self-care)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Treatment Compliance Questionnaire scores in the observation group on the functional training,lifestyle changes,medication,and diet were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the difference in WHOQO-BREF scores between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions NNN-linked language can improve the nursing outcomes and quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and improve patients compliance.
