浅析活血化瘀药在妊娠期的运用

妊娠期常因脾肾亏虚、津血不足、气机不利等而产生疾病,因此医家历来主张补肾固胎、理血健脾,禁用或慎用活血化瘀药。但临床上妊娠期疾病如胎漏、胎动不安、反复性流产等的病理因素大多与瘀有关。因此在准确辨证的前提下,以补肾安胎为基础,灵活配伍活血化瘀药,达到祛瘀安胎的目的。但活血化瘀药使用应当准确辨证,确有其证,严格掌握剂量和用药时间,中病即止,以免胎儿受损。笔者就妊娠期活血化瘀药的运用展开论证。

Application of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis during pregnancy:a brief analysis

During pregnancy,diseases are often caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of body fluid and blood,and unfavorable Qi mechanism.Therefore,doctors have always advocated invigorating the kidney and calming the fetus,regulating blood and strengthening the spleen,forbidding or cautiously using the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.However,the pathological factors of pregnancy diseases such as fetal leakage,restlessness of fetal movement and recurrent abortion are mostly related to blood stasis.Therefore,on the premise of accurate syndrome differentiation,on the basis of invigorating the kidney and calming the fetus,we can flexibly mix the drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to achieve the purpose of eliminating blood stasis and calming the fetus.However,the use of blood activating and stasis removing drugs should be based on accurate differentiation of syndromes,and the dosage and time of application should be strictly controlled;the medication should be stopped when the disease is half cured or the majority relieved,so as to prevent the vitality of fetus from being damaged.In this article,the author demonstrates the application of the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in pregnancy.
