以需求为导向的层级信息化护理培训模式的构建与应用

目的构建以需求为导向的层级信息化护理培训模式,并探讨其应用效果。方法通过调研明确护士培训具体需求,以空间距离或专科相关性划分层级,借助移动信息技术考核方式开展由上而下的培训过程。结果构建了完整的以需求为导向的层级信息化护理培训模式。培训后,全院护士理论考试合格率为99.7%,技能操作合格率为100%。与去年同期相比,不良事件发生率下降了4.8%,护理质控得分平均提高了2.7%,患者满意度提高了3.2%。结论以需求为导向的层级信息化护理培训模式切实可行,对提升护士整体专业知识水平和技能实践能力有促进作用,易于实施和操作,具有可推广性。

Construction and application of a demand-oriented hierarchical information nursing training model

Objective To construct the demand-oriented hierarchical information nursing training model and to explore its effects.Methods Training specific demands of nurses were defined by survey and hierarchy was divided based on the space distance or professional correlation.The training process was carried out from the top down and with the assessment method drawing support from mobile information technology.Results We constructed the complete demand-oriented hierarchical information nursing training model.After training,the qualified rates of theoretical test and skill operation of nurses were 99.7%and 100%respectively.Compared with the same period last year,the incidence of adverse event had declined by 4.8%,the score of nursing quality control increased by 2.7%,and patient satisfaction improved by 3.2%.Conclusions The demand-oriented hierarchical information nursing training model is practical which has the promotion effect on improving nurses'whole professional knowledge and skill practical ability.It is easy to be implemented and operated which can be popularized widely.
