卒中专职护士救护模式在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

目的探讨卒中专职护士救护模式在急性缺血性脑卒中患者的应用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2019年5月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院急诊科收治的190例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象。常规流程溶栓的急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例纳入对照组,采用卒中专职护士救护模式的急性缺血性脑卒中患者110例纳入观察组。比较两组患者的溶栓时间、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)。结果观察组患者入院至急诊接诊时间、入院至卒中小组接诊时间、入院至得到CT检查结果时间、入院至实验室检查结果时间、入院至开始溶栓时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溶栓后1、2周,观察组的NIHSS评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施卒中专职护士救护模式有利于改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的院内延误情况,缩短DNT时间,改善患者预后。

Effects of stroke-specialized nurses'rescue model on patients with acute ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the effects of stroke-specialized nurses'rescue model on patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Totally 190 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected using convenient sampling.Totally 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke who underwent routine thrombolysis therapy were divided into the control group,while 110 patients receiving stroke-specialized nurses'rescue model were divided into the observation group.The thrombolysis time,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The door to physician(DTP),door to stroke team(DTT),door to imaging(DTI),door to laboratory(DTL),door to needle time(DNT)of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 weeks after thrombolysis,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of a stroke-specialized nurses'rescue model is conducive to ameliorating hospital delays in patients with acute ischemic stroke,shortening the DNT,and improving the prognosis of patients.
