| 摘 要： | 目的：分析比较SARS病毒与冠状病毒科中病毒基因和蛋白的同源性。方法：利用互联网、分子生物学软件对SARS病毒与冠状病毒科中病毒基因和蛋白同源性分析，构建蛋白进化树。结果：SARS病毒在某些区域基因序列与冠状病毒存在相当大的差异，具有自身比较保守的基因组序列结构。SARS病毒的三个结构蛋白(S、M和N)中与同科其他病毒存在很高的同源性；不同地域SARS病毒的基因序列存在差异。结论：SARS病毒不是其他冠状病毒的变异体，而是一种与冠状病毒类似，可能早已经独立存在，此前未被人类所认识的新病毒。

| Abstract: | Aim: To compare the homologous sequences of genes and amino acids between SARS virus and other coronaviruses.Methods:BY use of the analysis data on internet and the molecular biology softwares,a phylogenetic tree was obtained.Results: There was a difference in some regions between SARS virus and other coronaviruses,but the three structural proteins(S?M and N proteins)had a high homology with other coronaviruses. SARS virus is different in some regions from other coronaviruses.Conclusion:These findings suggest that SARS virus might be a novel virus similar to known coronaviruses. |
