摘    要:目的 为了研究鼠纹状体缺血损伤时IL-6对NOS和FOS阳性神经元表达的影响。方法 在24只Wistar大鼠乙灶性大脑中动脉缺血再灌流模型的基础上分组,即经侧脑室事先注入IL-6的实验组(n=16),单纯制备再灌流的对照缄(n=8)。分别进行NADPH脱氯反应和FOS免疫组化染色。观察了缺血再灌流1小时、2小时、4小时、和小时纹状体处一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳笥神经元及FOS阳性神经元数量的变化。结

Abstract:Objective For studying the effects of changes of NOS and FOS-positive neurons by IL-6 on the striatum during focal cerebral ischemia in rat. Methods 24 Wistar rats were divided into two groups based on a model of middle cerebralartery(MCA) focal ischemia reper-fusion,that is, a experimental group (IL-6 was injected to lateral ventricle before ischemia, n=16)and a control group (simple ischemia reperfusion,n = 8) by the staining of NADPH-histochemistry and FOS-im-munohistochemistry, respectively. The change of NOS(nitric oxide synthase)-pos- itive neurons and FOS-positive neurons of striatum was observed during ischemia reperfusion lh,2h,3h,4h and 6h. Results The results showed that the expression of NOS-and FOS-positive neurons in the core of striatal ischemia area were deficient. Whereas in the periphery of striatum area, the expression increased markedly. Furthermore IL-6 inhibited the expression of NOS and FOS significantly. Conclusion It indicated that IL-6 might participated in the modulation of cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
