| 摘 要： | 目的研究上颌窦外提升加骨挤压同期种植体植入的临床效果。方法7例患者8侧上颌窦通过使用上颌窦外提升加类似内提升的骨挤压术,同期植入种植体9枚。结果窦底平均增加骨高度11 mm,随访3~13个月,种植体骨结合良好,2例已完成修复。结论上颌窦外提升加骨挤压同期植入种植体,疗效肯定,可明显缩短治疗周期,减少手术创伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical prognosis of placement of dental implant method of synchronous sinus floor elevation and bone condensing(analogue as internal sinus floor elevation).Methods 7 patients underwent sinus floor lift and bone condensing with simultaneous placement of implant.Results The success rate of the investigated cases was 100% in 3-13 months'follow-up.Conclusion The high success rate of sinus floor lift and bone condensing with simultaneous implant placement suggest that it seems to be one of recommendable techniques in dental implantation. |
