c-erbB-2,nm23蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的　探讨癌基因c erbB 2及转移抑制基因nm 2 3 ,在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法　采用免疫组化S -P法检测 5 9例原发性结直肠癌组织中c erbB 2及nm 2 3基因蛋白的表达。结果　c erbB 2蛋白的阳性表达率 ,在原发性结直肠癌与良性增生性息肉之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阳性表达率与结直肠癌组织分化程度无明显相关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,与淋巴结的转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。nm 2 3蛋白在结直肠癌淋巴结无转移组中显著高于有转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与结直肠癌淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论　c erbB 2及nm 2 3异常表达在结直肠癌发生发展和淋巴结转移中起重要作用 ,联合检测c erbB 2及nm 2 3蛋白 ,对判断结直肠癌患者预后和淋巴结转移有一定的参考价值

Expression of c-erbB-2,nm23 Protein and its Significance in Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of c-erbB-2,nm23 protein and lymph node metastasis of coloretal carcinoma.Methods Using immunohistochemical technique S-P method,the expression of c-erbB-2,nm23 protein was examined in 59 patients with coloretal carcinoma(21 cases with lymphatic metastasis).Results The positive expression rate of c-erbB in coloretal carcinoma was singificantly higher than in coloretal hyperplastic polyp(P<0.05).The positive rate was not correlated with histological grade(P>0.05).There was a significant relationship between the expression of c-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of nm23 protein was significantly higher in the group without lymph node metastasis than in the group with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The significant correlation was found between nm23 expression and lympy node metastasis of coloretal carcinoma.Conclusion The unnormal expression of c-erbB-2,nm23 protein has an important significance in development and lymph node metastasis of coloretal carcinoma.The combined examination of c-erbB-2 and nm23 expression may be useful markers for predicting of lymph node metastasis and prognosis in the patients with coloretal cancer.
