综合医院托老中心护士心理健康状况调查

目的探讨综合医院托老中心护士心理健康状况。方法采用自行设计的调查表及症状自评量表、汉密顿焦虑、抑郁量表对32名托老中心护士及35名综合科护士进行评定分析。结果托老科护士的症状自评量表总均分、阳性项目数、阳性项目均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分以及汉密顿焦虑、抑郁量表评分均显著高于综合科护士（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论托老中心护士的心理健康水平显著低于综合科护士，焦虑和抑郁情绪障碍是其主要的心理问题。

Studies of mental health of nurses at senile center of general hoapital

Objective To explore the mental status of nurses at senile center of general hoapital. Methods Assessments were conducted with the Self-made Questionnaire(SMQ), Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in 32 nurses at senile center of general hoapital and 35 ones of general department. Results The SCL-90 total score,number of positive items,mean score of positive items and somatization,coercion,interpersonal relation,dpression,anxiety and hospility score as well as the HAMA and HAMD score all were significantly higher in nurses of senile center than in ones of general department(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Mental health levels of nurses at senile center are significantly lower than that of ones of general department, anxiety and depression emotional disturbance their main psycho-problems.
