手法配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病76例疗效分析

目的观察推拿手法配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 76例椎动脉型颈椎病患者均采用推拿手法配合针刺交替进行治疗,每2天1次,5次为1个疗程,治疗1～2个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果治愈55例,好转15例,无效6例,总有效率为92.1%。结论推拿手法配合针刺是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的安全、有效的理想方法。

Study on the Curative Effects in 76 Patients with Vertebral Arterial Type Neck Disease Treated by Combined Massage and Acupuncture

Objective To observe the effects on the vertebral arterial type neck disease treated by the combined massage and acupuncture.Methods 76 patients of the vertebral arterial type neck disease were treated by of the combined massage and acupuncture.The patients received the treatment qod,with five sessions for one cycle.The therapeutic effects were observed after one cycle or two.Results 55 patients were cured,15 patients recovered after being treated with this method for one cycle or two.6 patients were not cured with this method.The total effective rate was 92.1% .Conclusion The method of combining massage and acupuncture was a safe,effective and desirable method.
