2012年韶关市住宿场所公共用品用具抽检结果分析

目的了解韶关市住宿场所公共用品用具卫生状况，为卫生监督机构开展公共场所卫生监督管理及规范卫生制度的落实提供依据。方法对辖区内的部分住宿场所开展公共用品用具消毒效果检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果共检测20家住宿场所的各类公共用品用具184份，合格148份，合格率为80．43％。其中，细菌总数合格率为84．77％，大肠菌群合格率为98．73％，致病菌合格率为92．39％。各类公共用品用具中，杯具的合格率为48．72％，拖鞋的合格率为51．85％，其他样品的合格率均在90％以上。三星以上宾馆及酒店与普通宾馆及旅店之间比较，仅拖鞋合格率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6．312，P〈0．05），其他各类用品用具合格率差异无统计学意义。结论韶关市住宿场所公共用品用具卫生状况一般，杯具及拖鞋的消毒质量有待提高，是监督管理的重点。

Sanitary Status of Supplies in Hotels in Shaoguan City in 2012

Objective To evaluate the sanitary situation of supplies in hotels in Shaoguan city, so as to provide basis tor better supervising. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of sterilizing situation of supplies in hotels in Shaoguan city in 2012. Results Altogether 184 supplies of 20 hotel places in Shaoguan city were tested in 2012, with 148 （80. 43% ） supplie were 84. 77% , 98.73% and s qualified. The qualified rates of total bacterial count, coliform bacteria and pathogens 92. 39%, respectively. The qualified rates of the following supplies were specifically： cups, 48.72%; slippers, 51.85%; other supplies, approximately 90%. The qualified rate of slippers in the three - star hotels or above was significantly higher than that of common hotels （χ^2 = 6. 312, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The sanitary status of supplies in hotel places in Shaoguan city is passable, yet the sterilizing quality of cups and shoes should be further improved as the focal of surveillance.
