摘    要:目的调查分析陶瓷厂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其程度,为今后陶瓷厂的职业卫生防护工作提供参考依据。方法对甲、乙两陶瓷厂作业场所进行职业卫生调查和现场检测。结果甲厂粉尘、噪声、高温检测点超标率分别为75.0%、76.9%、100.0%,乙厂粉尘、噪声、高温检测点超标率分别为91.7%、36.4%、80.0%,两厂粉尘、噪声、高温检测点超标率差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。两厂粉尘均以矽尘为主,甲厂矽尘二氧化硅含量28.32%~39.70%,平均34.7%;乙厂矽尘二氧化硅含量23.2%~37.4%,平均32.5%。结论陶瓷厂存在严重的矽尘、噪声、高温职业危害因素,应采取多种方法综合治理,以保障作业工人的身心健康。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of occupational hazard factors in ceramic factories, and provide references for formulating further preventive measures. Methods Field investigation and detection were both performed to analyze the main occupational hazard factors. Results The exceeded rates of dust, noise, high -temperature in factory A were 75% ,76. 9% and 100% respectively;for factory B the rates were 91.7% ,36. 4% and 80% ,correspondingly. There were no significant difference between the two factories with respects of the above indicators. The silica dust content ranged 23.17% to temperature ers. from 28.32% to 39. 70% in A factory and 34.06% on average; the dust silica content ranged from 37.40% and 32. 50% on average. Conelusion There is a serious pollution of silica dust,noise and high in ceramic factory, and comprehensive measures should be timely taken to ensure the health of the workers.
