| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院麻醉药品的临床使用情况及用药趋势,为指导临床合理应用麻醉药品提供参考。方法:对我院2008-2011年麻醉药品的用量、使用金额进行统计和分析,计算出各类麻醉药品的用药频度(DDDs),并进行排序。结果:我院麻醉药品的用药金额和用量逐年上升,羟考酮控释片等5种麻醉药品用量连续4年排在前5位,舒芬太尼注射液的用量5年来增长迅速,哌替啶用量接近于零。结论:我院麻醉药品用药结构基本合理,各类药品的使用量根据每年临床使用情况的不同呈现出合理的波动,但在具体的实施过程中,还有待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To survey the clinical use and use trends of narcotic drugs in our hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational use of these drugs.Methods: The narcotic use amounts and the amount of money during 2008-2011 in our hospital were statistically analyzed.Results: The use amount and the amount of money of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year.Among these drugs,oxycodone controlled release tablets and other five kinds of narcotic drugs were the top five for four consecutive years.The use of sufentanil injection rapidly increased in recent five years,but pethidine use decreased near to zero.Conclusion: Generally the use structure of narcotic drugs is rational in our hospital. |
