摘    要:该文从理论与实践的结合上,综述了医院人事制度、后勤改革及提高医疗服务质量的作法和经验.围绕如何促进医院可持续发展,分述了推进人事制度改革,建立激励竞争机制;推行分配制度改革,建立绩效考核和薪酬制度;推行后勤社会化改革,促进后勤工作保质增效;改革医疗服务质量管理,以质量求发展.阐明了以改革求发展,以发展促改革的道理.

Abstract:In this paper we summarized the methods and experience of the refo rm in personnel employment system as well as logistics socialization in our hospit al. We focused on how to improve the comprehensive competition strength of our h ospital. At the same time we also described respectively the way of how to put f orward the reform of personnel employment system,to set up the mechanism of stim ulating competition to push the reform in distributing system and establish the system of performance check and pay distribution,and to carry out the reform of logistics socialization so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the work of logistics.Through this paper we illuminated the theory of developing in the p rocess of reform and speeding up the reform through development.
