铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利治疗原发性胆汁返流性胃炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察铝碳酸镁及伊托必利对原发性胆汁返流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法124例原发性胆汁返流性胃炎，均经胃镜检测证实，并随机分成3组：A组服铝碳酸镁1．0g，3次d，饭后1h服用；B组服伊托必利50mg，3次／d，饭前半小时服用；C组同时按各自的用法服用铝碳酸铗和伊托必利。治疗4周后观察腹胀、腹痛、恶心及呕吐等症状变化。并复查胃镜。结果治疗后3组患者症状明显减轻（P〈0．05），总有效率分别为80％、81％、98％。结论铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利治疗原发性胆汁返流性胃炎有效。

Clinical efficacy of hydrotalcid combined with itopride in the treatment of essential gall reflux gastritis

Objective To observe the efficacy of hydrotalcid combined with itopride in the treatment of essential grall reflux gastritis. Methods 124 cases of essential grail reflux gastritis by gastroscope were divided into three groups randomly, group A： hydrotalcid 1.0 g three times daily, group B ： itopride 50mg three times daily, group C ： both drugs respectively. The changes of symptoms, such as abdominalswelling,abdominalpain, nausea and vomiting, were observed after 4 weeks. Results All clinical symptoms in three groups were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The efficacy rates were 80 %, 81%, 98 %, respectively. Conclusion Combination of hydrotalcid and hopride is a good way in the treatment of essential grail reflux gastritis.
