| 摘 要： | 目的:研究将快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念应用于肝外科围手术期护理的效果。方法:选择接受肝切除术的肝癌患者10例,采用FTS理念指导围手术期护理措施的实施,并观察临床疗效。结果:通过术前有效的心理沟通、正确的术前准备,以及术后采取适当的镇痛措施、早期拔除各种导管、早期活动、早期进食等,患者术后并发症发生率低,平均住院时间较短。结论:FTS理念指导的围手术期护理安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of perioperative nursing practive guided by fast track surgery （FTS） principle. Methods：A total of 10 patients with liver cancer undergoing hepatectomy were nursed in perioperative period guided by FTS principle, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： Preoperative psychological nursing and proper preoperative preparation in combination with appropriate analgesia, early extubation, early activity, and early dieting after surgery were car-ried out. The 10 patients had a low incidence of perioperative complications, and the mean hospital stay was short. Conclusions： Perioperative nursing guided by FTS is safe and effective for the patients undergoing liver surgery. |
