摘    要:目的 探讨c-myc、ras原癌基因表达与瘢痕疙瘩形成的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测c-myc、rasp21蛋白在30例瘢痕疙瘩组织和26例正常皮肤组织中的表达和分布。结果 c-myc蛋白在瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中呈强阳性表达,与正常皮肤对照组相比,差异有显著性(P〈0.001),在瘢痕疙瘩的成纤维细胞中,rasp21蛋白缺乏表达。结论 瘢痕疙瘩中c-myc蛋白表达升高提示c-myc原癌基因的激活,c-myc原癌基因可能参与了成纤维细胞的分化增殖、胶原合成与降解以及对细胞因子的调控,并导致瘢痕增生;ras原癌基因在瘢痕疙瘩形成中可能不突变或不起主要调控作用,这可能是瘢痕疙瘩较少癌变的原因。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between the experssion of c-myc,ras proto-oncogene and the formation of keloids.Metheds: Immunohistochemical technique was used to determine the expression and distribution of c-myc,ras p21proteins in 30 cases of keloids and 26 cases normal skin tissues.Results: The expression of c-myc protein in the fibroblasts in keloids was significantly higher than that in the fibroblasts in normal skin(P<0.001).Ras p21expression was hot detected in the fibroblasts of keloids.Conclusion: The elevated expression in the keloids indicates the activation of c-myc oncogene,which may contribute to the proliferation and differentiation of the fibroblasts and may participate in the synthesis and degradation of collagen,the regulation of cytokines and the formation of keloids ;ras proto-oncogene may not mutate or its mutations may not play a major role in the formation process of keloids, which may explain the canceration of these keloids.
