炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的应用分析

目的:分析探讨应用炎琥宁对小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗的临床效果和价值。方法:选择86例小儿急性上呼吸道感染的患儿,随机平分为观察组、对照组各43例。观察组患儿给予炎琥宁治疗,对照组患儿给予利巴韦林治疗。治疗1个疗程后,对两组患儿临床效果进行比较。结果:观察组、对照组患儿治疗总有效率分别为95.35%(41/43)、81.40%(35/43),观察组患儿治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用炎琥宁对小儿急性上呼吸道感染进行治疗,可有效缓解患儿症状,缩短治疗时间,促进患儿康复。

Application analysis of Andrographolide in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children

Objective：To analyze clinical therapeutic effect and value of Andrographolide on children with acute upper respira-tory tract infection. Methods：86 cases with acute upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group （n=43）and control group （n=43）. The observation group was given Andrographolide, while the control group was given Ribavirin. Afterone course of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rates of observation group andcontrol group were 95. 35% （41/43） and 81. 40% （35/43）, respectively, the former was significantly better than the latter （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Andrographolidein the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children can effectively alleviate the symp-toms, shorten the treatment time, and promote the rehabilitation of children.
