金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂用于慢性根尖周炎的临床效果分析

目的:采用金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎,探讨其临床疗效及安全性。方法:将慢性根尖周炎患者80例分组治疗,观察组患者采用金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,对照组患者单独采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组、治疗组治疗总有效率分别为97.5%、80.0%;观察组、对照组患者不良反应分别为0%、5%,两组患者在疗效和不良反应差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎具有疗效显著、安全性高、治疗简便等优点,应当在临床推广应用。

Analysis of clinical effects of Jinhoujian spray mixed with calcium hydroxide paste in treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis

Objective：To investigate clinical effects and safety of Jinhoujian spray mixed with calcium hydroxide paste in treat-ment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods：80 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were treated with Jinhoujian spraymixed with calcium hydroxide paste （observation group） and single calcium hydroxide paste （control group）. The clinical effects of thetwo groups were compared. Results： The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97. 5% and 80. 0%, respec-tively. The adverse reaction rates of observation group and control group were 0% and 5%, respectively. There were statistical differ-ences in the total effective rate and adverse reaction rates between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Jinhoujian spray mixedwith calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment ofchronic periapical periodontitishas a significant effect, is safe and simple, and shouldbe promoted in clinical application.
