| 摘 要： | 目的:评估口服米氮平改善肺癌患者放疗期间生活质量的疗效。方法:选择80例肺癌患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,研究组患者自放疗开始口服米氮平15mg、qn,至放疗结束;对照组患者仅行放疗,观察放疗结束后患者卡式评分(KPS)的改善情况。结果:研究组患者的KPS改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米氮平能有效改善肺癌患者放疗期间的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate effects of oral Mirtazapine on improving quality of life for patients with lung cancer duringradiotherapy. Methods：80 cases with lung cancer were randomly divided into research group （40 cases） and control group （40cases）. The research group during the period of radiotherapy orally took Mirtazapine 15 mg, qn, while control group only received theradiotherapy. To observe the improvement, Karnofsky performance score （KPS） after the radiotherapy was observed. Results： The im-proved conditions of KPS inresearch group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Mirtazapinecan be effective to improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients during the radiotherapy. |
