中药型注射液治疗早期高血压肾病及其对肾功能影响的临床研究

目的:考察中药型注射液-丹红注射液对早期高血压肾病所致肾功能损害的影响。方法:对照组患者单纯接受血压控制治疗,治疗组患者加用丹红注射液进行治疗,既定疗程结束后考察两组患者IgG、mALB、α1-MG、β2-MG4种尿微量蛋白的改变情况。结果:治疗后治疗组患者4种尿微量蛋白含量均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组患者除IgG外也均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),但改善程度均显著不及治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对减轻原发性高血压患者的早期肾功能损害有益,值得推广应用。

Clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine injection in treatment of early hypertensive nephropathy and its effects on renal function

Objective：To investigate effects of traditional Chinese medicine on renal damages induced by early hypertensive ne-phropathy. Methods：The patients in control group received only the blood pressure control treatment, while the patients in treatmentgroup were treated with Danhong injection. The changes of IgG, mALB, α1-MG, and β2-MG after the treatment of the two groupswere evaluated. Results： After the treatment, 4 kinds of urinary microproteins contents of treatment group decreased significantly （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Except IgG, the contents of the other three indices of control group also decreased significantly （P〈0. 05）, but theimprovement was significantly less than that of treatment group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Danhong Injection is beneficial to alleviatethe early renal damage in the patients with primary hypertension, and is worthy of popularization and application.
