P21ras、FasL在皮肤血管瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:研究P21与FasL在血管瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测人血管瘤组织中增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织血管内皮细胞中P21ras与FasL的表达水平,利用计算机成像分析系统检测不同时期皮肤血管瘤与正常皮肤组织P21ras与FasL的平均光密度及其阳性面积率。结果:P21ras在血管瘤增生期的表达与退化期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均明显高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。FasL在增生期的表达明显高于退化期及正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);退化期明显高于正常皮肤组织,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:P21ras与FasL在血管瘤的生长中起促进增殖作用,并且二者之间有协同促进作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of P21 and fasL in the occurrence development and regression of human dermal hemangioma.Methods:The expression of P21 and fasL in proliferating and involuting human henmangioma and normal skin tissues was detected and compared by using immunohistochemistry.Image analysis was applied to measure the expression level of P21 and fasL in different stages of human hemangioma and in normal skin tissues.Results:The expression of P21 was not significantly higher in the proliferating and involuting hemangioma,but was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissues.The expression of fasL was significantly higher in the proliferating hemangioma than in involuting hemangioma and normal skin tissues(both P<0.01),and was also significantly higher in the involuting hemangioma than in normal skin tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that P21 and fasL might accelerate the proliferation of human hemangioma and there is an intimate relationship between them.
