不同产地无花果中微量元素的研究

摘    要:目的:了解不同产地无花果中微量元素的含量。方法:用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定无花果中Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn的含量,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定Se、Cd、Pd的含量。结果:无花果中铜的含量在16.06~22.61 mg/kg范围内,铁的含量在7.94~38.30 mg/kg范围内,锌的含量在20.80~45.50 mg/kg范围内,锰的含量在10.99~34.33 mg/kg范围内,铅的含量在65.39~416.69μg/kg范围内,镉的含量在11.32~191.41μg/kg范围内,硒的含量在4.91~1648.80μg/kg范围内。结论:无花果中铜的含量应不得超过23mg/kg,铁的含量应不得少于7 mg/kg,锌的含量应不得少于20 mg/kg,锰的含量应不得少于10 mg/kg,铅的含量应不得超过0.5 mg/kg,镉的含量应不得超过0.2 mg/kg,硒的含量应不得少于0.4 mg/kg。

Abstract:Objective:Studies on seven trace elements of different regions of Wuhuaguo.Method:To determining the content of Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn by flame atomic spectrophotography,the content of Se、Cd、Pd by graphite furnace atomic spectrophotography.Results:The content of Cu were 16.0622.61 mg/kg.The content of Fe were 7.94~38.30 mg/kg,The content of Zn were 20.80~45.50 mg/kg, The content of Mn were 10.99~34.33 mg/kg.The content of Pb were 65.39~416.69μg/kg,The content of Cd were 11.32~191.41μg/kg,The content of Se were 4.91~1648.80μg/kg.Conclusion:It is suggested that the contain of Cu should not be higher than 23 mg/kg.he contain of Fe should not be lower than 7 mg/kg,The contain of Zn should not be lower than 20 mg/kg.The contain of Mn should not be lower than 10 mg/kg.The contain of Pb should not be higher than 0.5 mg/kg,The contain of Cd should not be higher than 0.2 mg/kg.The contain of Se should not be lower than 0.665 mg/kg.
