环扎加压术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离疗效观察

目的探讨环扎加压术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法陈旧性视网膜脱离患者60例（60只眼）进行环扎加压术治疗，术中巩膜外放液48只眼（80％），不放液12只眼（20％），C3F8玻璃体腔内注入10只眼（16．7％）。结果术后随访6-12个月（平均8．6个月），44只眼（73．3％）视网膜完全复位，14只眼（23．3％）明显好转，2只眼（3．3％）手术后视网膜未复位，后行玻璃体手术。手术后视网膜脱离治愈率73．3％，有效率96．7％。结论环扎加压术治疗不伴有视网膜前膜形成的陈旧性视网膜脱离，疗效良好，创伤小，可作为首先选择的术式。

Clinical study on the treatment of long-standing retinal detachment by scleral encircling and bulking procedure

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of long-standing retinal detachment performed scleral encirc- ling and bulking.Methods The clinical data of 60 petients(60 eyes) with Long-standing retinal detachment treated by scleral encircling and bulking procedure in our department were reviewed.48eyes (80%) performed encircling buckle and drainage of subretinal fluid,12eyes(20%) without drainage of subretinal fluid,and C_3F_8 was introvitreal injected into 10eyes(16.7%) during the operation.Results The follow-up duration was from 6 months to 12 months (mean8. 6months).Retina was completely reattached in 44 eyes (73.3%),and was alleviated obviously in 14 eyes (23.3%),reti- na was un-reattached and vitrectomy was performed in 2 eyes (3.3%).After the operation,the curative ratio of retinal de- tachment was 73.3%,and effective ratio was 96.7%.Conclusion Scleral encircling and bulking is an effective and safe method that can be chosen at first in patients with long-standing retinal detachment.
