摘    要:目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)在脑出血患者病程、预后中的病理生理意义。方法 应用硝酸还原酶法、放射免疫法分别检测 35例脑出血患者急性期和恢复期血清NO、血浆ET水平。结果 脑出血患者急性期血清NO水平明显降低、血浆ET - 1水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;并与病情严重程度相关 ,重型患者血浆ET - 1水平明显高于轻型 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;预后差的患者恢复期血浆ET - 1水平明显高于、血清NO水平明显低于预后好的患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 脑出血后的NO/ET动态平衡破坏参与了疾病的病理生理过程 ,并影响预后

Abstract:Objective To research the pathophysiological significance of Nitric Oxide(NO) and Endothelin(ET) for the progression and prognosis in cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The concentrations of NO in serum and ET-1 in plasma were determined respectively by nitrate reductase method and radioimmunoassay in acute and recovery phase of 35 cases with cerebral hemorrhage.Results The levels of NO in serum were significantly lower in acute phase than that in the control group. The levels of ET in plasma were significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of ET in plasma positively correlated with severity of disease, which was significantly higher in severe group than that in the mild groups .The patients with poor prognosis had higher level of ET-1in plasma and lower level of NO in serum. Conclusion The disorder of NO/ET dynamic equilibrium plays a major role in pathophysiological course and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
