男性乳腺癌内分泌治疗进展

男性乳腺癌(MBC)很少见,在乳腺癌中的比例少于1%。MBC的治疗通常依据女性乳腺癌的治疗经验。由于激素受体的高阳性率,以他莫昔芬作为一线药物的辅助性内分泌治疗,尤其在进展期乳腺癌当中,MBC的治疗占有重要的地位。基于来自女性乳腺癌治疗的治疗效果,新一代的芳香化酶抑制剂已应用于MBC的临床治疗中,但其疗效仍不明确。因此,多数研究者建议MBC患者参加随机的、前瞻性的、多中心的临床研究以获得及提高对MBC进一步的认识。

Development of Hormonal Therapy in Male Breast Cancer

Male breast cancer（MBC） is a rare disease,less than 1% of all breast cancer. Treatment of MBC is typically extrapolated from the treatment of female breast cancer. Given the high masculine rate of hormone receptor,adjuvant hormonal therapy has an important role in the treatment of MBC with tamoxifen as the front-line drug, particularly in the progression of breast cancer. Based on the therapeutic effect of female breast cancer,the new generation of aromatase inhibitor has been used in clinical treatment of MBC, but its effect is still unclear. Most researchers therefore recommended MBC patients to participate in the random, forward-looking,multi-center clinical research to obtain and to raise further awareness of MBC.
