ANCA在系统性红斑狼疮中的检测意义

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清中抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（ANCA）的阳性检出率及其与SLE病情的相关性。方法应用间接免疫荧光技术（IIF）和ELISA方法检测，并结合肾穿刺活检明确肾脏病理。结果67例SLE患者中，ANCA阳性16例，阳性率23.9％。其中P-ANCA阳性者15例，阳性率22.4％；C-ANCA阳性1例，阳性率1.5％。ANCA阳性组中抗dsDNA抗体阳性、低补体血症及中度以上贫血者明显高于阴性组。肾穿刺活检病例中ANCA阳性组肾脏活动性病变指数高于ANCA阴性组。结论ANCA在SLE患者中有一定的阳性检出率，且与疾病的活动状态呈正相关。

Significance of detection of ANCA in diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To analyze the positive rate of ANCA in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and its correlation with SLE. the avidity of SLE . Methods Inditect immunofluorescence (IIF) and ELISA were used to detect target , and to make pathologic diagnosis by renal biopshy.
