亳州产菊花不同药用部位绿原酸的含量比较

目的：测定及比较菊花、茎、叶的绿原酸含量，为菊茎、叶的充分开发利用提供依据。方法：用甲醇回流提取，采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量，流动相为0．1mol／L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液甲醇（82：18），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为328nm。结果：不同品种的菊叶绿原酸含量均高于菊花，菊茎中含量最低。结论：应进一步利用菊的茎叶，充分实现菊的经济价值。

Comparison of Contents of Chlorogenic Acid in Different Medicinal Parts of Chrysanthemum in Bozhou

Objective： To determine the contents in flowers, stems and leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium （Ramat.）, and provide a scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of its leaves arid stems. Methods：The chlorogenic acid was extracted by analytically pure methanol, and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The conditions for HPLC were as follows： the mobile phase was sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer methanol （82： 18） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min;The detection wavelength was 328 nm. Results：The content of chlorogenic acid in leaves was higher than that in flowers,and it was the lowest in stems. Conclusion：The leaves and sterns of Chrysanthemum morifolium（Ramat.） should be furthered exploited in order to fully utilize its economic value.
