盆腔消癥灌肠液对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的观察盆腔消癥灌肠液对小鼠的抗炎及镇痛作用。方法选取小鼠48只,随机分为空白对照组、盆腔消癥灌肠液高剂量组、盆腔消癥灌肠液低剂量组、妇炎康片组。空白对照组灌肠生理盐水,其余各组分别给予相应剂量的药液,连续3d。小鼠右耳两面涂二甲苯致肿,左耳不涂,取双耳同一部位的圆片称重,计算比较各组肿胀度。选取大鼠40只,同法随机分四组,连续给药5d,右后足跖部皮下注射10%新鲜鸡蛋清后1-6h分别测量其体积,计算比较各组肿胀度,观察该药的抗炎作用;选取雌性小鼠48只,热板法测量小鼠的痛阈值。同法随机分四组,空白对照组灌服生理盐水,其余各组给予相应剂量的药液,连续3d,计算比较各组的痛阈值和舔足次数变化,观察该药的镇痛作用。结果盆腔消癥灌肠液能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,与空白组及妇炎康片组相比,盆腔消癥灌肠液高、低剂量灌肠组能显著降低小鼠耳廓肿胀度（P〈0.05）;大鼠足跖肿胀实验中,5h时高剂量灌肠组、低剂量灌肠组与妇炎康片组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与空白组及妇炎康片组相比,盆腔消癥灌肠液对小鼠痛阈值影响不明显（P〉0.05）。结论盆腔消癥灌肠液对小鼠有明显的抗炎作用，镇痛效果不明显。

Study on anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of Penqiangxiaozheng enema

Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Penqiangxiaozheng enema.Methods The 48 mice were selected and randomly divided into control group,high dose and low dose group of Penqiangxiaozheng enema,and Fuyankang tablets group.Control group were given enema by saline,other groups were given enema by the corresponding liquid for 3 days.Mouse’ right ear swelling induced by xylene,the left ear is not induced,the same part of right and left ear were obtained and weighed.And the level of swelling in each group was calculated.The 40 rats were selected and also randomly divided into 4 groups and were given enema by the corresponding liquid for 5 days,observed anti-inflammatory effect of this drug through measured the swelling level of right hind paw of rats after injecting 10% of the ministry of fresh egg for 1-6 hours.The 48 female mice were randomly divided into control group,high dose and low dose group of Penqiangxiaozheng enema,and Fuyankang tablets group,control group were given enema by saline,other groups were given enema by the corresponding liquid for 3 days.The analgesic effect was observed in the drug through compared the pain threshold and the frequency of licking in each groups.Results Penqiangxiaozheng enema could markedly inhibit the progress of inflammatory caused by the method of xylene-induced ear edema and rats swelling experiments can significantly reduce the swelling ratio（P〈0.05）.In analgesic experiments,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Penqiangxiaozheng Enema could not elevate pain threshold caused by hot-plate stimulus.Conclusion Penqiangxiaozheng enema has significant effects in anti-inflammatory,but analgesic effect is not obvious.
