子宫内膜息肉刮除术后不同药物对预防复发的对比性研究

目的探讨功能性息肉及非功能性息肉经宫腔镜下刮除术后应用妈富隆及米非司酮对预防复发的临床效果。方法 75例经宫腔镜检查及病理确诊的息肉患者,行刮除术后按照特征分组,将功能性息肉组及非功能性息肉组随机分为妈富隆口服组、米非司酮口服组及对照组,随访术后6个月经改善情况、内膜厚度变化以及有无复发。结果非功能性息肉的复发率（25.8%）明显高于功能性息肉组（9.1%）;两种类型的息肉在刮除术后口服妈富隆及米非司酮都可以降低复发率,在月经天数及术后阴式B超监测的内膜厚度方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在停药观察的3个月,妈富隆组显示了远期优势（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉去除术后联合服用妈富隆或米非司酮均可改善症状、降低复发率。

The study of different drug treatments schemes after hysteroscopy curettage on functional endometrial polyps and dysfunctional endometrial polyps

Objective To explore the clinical effects of relapse prevention between Marvelon oral and Mifepristone oral administration after hysteroscopy curettage off functional endometrial polyps and dysfunctional endometrial polyps.Methods 75 cases with functional endometrial polyps and dysfunctional endometrial polyps who had hysteroscopy excision endometrial polyps which pathologic confirmed from Jan.2009 to Jun.2010 were divided into three groups： Marvelon oral administration group,Mifepristone oral administration group and control group.The menstrual improvement,change of endometrial thickness and recurrent rate within 6 months were analyzed.Results Recurrent rate was higher in group of dysfunctional polyps;Marvelon oral administration group showed long-term advantage without medicine although both of Marvelon and Mifepristone had decreased recurrent rate of endometrial polyps and productive some improvements in respects of the length of the menstrual.Conclusion Marvelon oral administration and Mifepristone oral administration after hysteroscopy curettage of functional endometrial polyps and dysfunctional endometrial polyps can modify the symptoms and decrease the recurrent rate.
