摘    要:目的 了解人苍白杆菌形态、培养、生化及药敏等特性,建立对人苍白杆菌选择性的分离方法.方法 用改良头孢哌酮麦康凯平板对人苍白杆菌分离,API 20 E和VITEC2GN进行生化鉴定,AST-GN 10进行药敏测定.结果 在206份检样中分离出21株人苍白杆菌;人苍白杆菌生化特点是对糖和醇类不利用;替卡两林、哌拉西林等抗生素对人苍白杆菌的MIC≥128;头孢类抗生素的MICI≥64;四环素、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、美罗培南、亚胺培南等的MIC均≤1.结论 改良头孢哌酮麦康凯平板对人苍白杆菌分离具很高的选择性,适合自然环境和临床检验中对人苍白杆菌分离鉴定;人苍白杆菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药性较高.

Abstract:Objective To know the morphology,culture,biochemistry,and drug sensitivity of Ochrobactrum anthropi and to establish a suitable methods for its identification. Methods Ochrobactrum anthropi was isolated with modified Mac-Lonkey agar(with cefoperazone added) and identified by AP I 20E,VITEC2 GN.The drug sensitivity of Ochrobactrum anthropi was determined with AST-GN10.
