| 摘 要： | 目的观察赛庚啶与维脑路通合用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例，治疗组给予赛庚啶2mg，3次／d，同时给维脑路通400mg加入5％GS液体内静脉滴注1次／d，7d后改口服200mg，3次／d，连用3周，共4周为1个疗程。对照组给尼莫地平40mg，3次／d，口服，疗程与治疗组相同。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论赛庚啶与维脑路通联合治疗偏头痛疗效显著，价格低、用药方便、不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of cyproheptadine combined with venoruton on migraine.
