某镇新型农村合作医疗满意度及其影响因素分析

目的对某镇新型农村合作医疗（简称新农合）的满意度及其影响因素进行分析,为进一步推行新农合制度提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某镇3个村作为调查对象,入户调查了677名参合农民满意度情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果农民对新农合的总体满意度为满意占65.50%,基本满意占15.50%,不满意占4.00%,不清楚占15.00%。总体满意度主要受了解渠道、金额计算、报销程序、报销比例、报销领取及时性、药价＂看病难、看病贵＂、医生水平和住院去的医院等因素的影响。结论加强对新农合的宣传,提高其透明度;努力提高报销比例,简化报销程序;进一步加强医疗机构的监管力度,控制药品价格不合理增长;抓紧落实新农合经办机构人员配置方案,实现经办管理的规范化、信息化和专业化。

This Paper is Based on the Analysis of New Rural Cooperative Medical system Satisfaction and Its Influential Factors in the Town

OBJECTIVE This paper is based on the analysis of new rural cooperative medical system satisfaction and its influential factors in the town,in order to provide a more scientific basis of implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care system. METHODS It random extracts three villages for the survey,and carries out a household survey of the 677 participating farmers,which is about satisfaction situation and its influencing factors. RESULT Farmers’ new rural cooperative medical care overall satisfaction is：satisfactory65.50%,basic satisfactory 15.50%,unsatisfactory 4.00%,unknown 15.00% The overall satisfaction is mainly affected by understanding channels,amount calculations of the reimbursement program,reimbursement procedure,reimbursement proportion,reimbursement timely,drug prices,high medical costs,medical qualities,hospitals and other factors. CONCLUSION Strengthen the new rural cooperative medical system’s publicity to enhance its transparency. Efforts to improve reimbursement and simplify reimbursement procedures should be developed. It is necessary to strengthen medical institutions supervision and control drug prices unreasonably growth. Step up implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system’s staff distribution plan, to achieve the standardized, informational, and professional management.
