1085名医学生心理健康状况调查

目的了解大理某高校医学生心理健康状况及其群体特点,分析影响心理健康的主要因素,为医学生心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对大理某高校1 085名医学生进行心理健康分析,对结果采用分类比较的方法以反映不同类别心理健康水平的差异。结果大理某高校医学生的SCL-90各因子分除人际关系外,其余各项均高于全国青年常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。有中度以上心理问题的学生占总数的29.7%。大学生心理问题的发生与性别、年级、专业等有一定的关系。结论医学生的心理健康存在一定问题,学生心理健康形势依然严峻,有必要加强心理健康教育,减少心理问题的出现。

Investigation on mental health status among 1 085 medical students
