| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者外周血中Treg/Th17的水平及意义.方法:采用流式细胞术和ELISA法检测30例DCM患者和30例健康对照组Treg/Th17的水平.结果:DCM患者较正常组,外周血Treg细胞比例明显降低,而Th17细胞比例明显增高.Treg细胞相关细胞因子(TGF-β1和IL-10)的血浆水平明显降低,而Th17相关细胞因子(IL-17,IL-6,IL-23)水平明显增加.结论:DCM患者体内Treg细胞与Th17细胞平衡发生负向偏倚. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the level and significance of Treg/Th17 in the peripheral blood of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Method:We studied 30 patients who were diagnosed as DCM and 30 normal people.Then we detected Treg/Th17 functions on different levels including cell frequencies and related cytokine secretion in patients with DCM and controls.Result:The results demonstrated that patients with DCM revealed significant increase in peripheral Th17 quantity and Th17 related cytokines(IL-17,IL-6,IL-23)... |
