| 摘 要： | 目的提高危重患者护理记录质量,实现持续质量改进。方法通过构建护理记录三级监控体系、制订持续质量改进标准和方法、对护理人员进行持续教育等方法 ,对危重患者护理记录进行全程监控与管理。结果我院危重患者护理记录质量较实施前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论持续质量改进是提高危重患者护理记录质量的有效方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality of nursing records of critical patients and achieve the continuous quality improvement. Methods By constructlng the three - level monitoring system, developing stadndards and methods of continuous quality improvement, and carrying out continuing education among nurses, the whole process of completing the nursing records of critical patiets were monitored and managed. Results The quality of nursing records in our hospital was higher than before （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement is effective to improve the quality of nursing records of critical patients. |
