生黄连或酒制黄连对交泰丸镇静催眠作用的影响

目的:观察生品黄连或酒制黄连组成的交泰丸镇静催眠活性的强弱。方法:采用戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量、阈下剂量诱导小鼠睡眠和小鼠自发活动实验,比较生黄连或酒制黄连组成的交泰丸镇静催眠作用,并初步探讨后者时效特点。结果:生品黄连与酒制黄连组成的交泰丸5g/kg单次灌胃给药,均可明显缩短阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠入睡潜伏期,延长其睡眠时间,增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠的入睡个数,并抑制小鼠自发活动;酒制黄连组成的交泰丸作用总体强于等剂量的生品黄连组成的交泰丸,给药半小时即呈现明显活性,2小时达到作用高峰,作用持续到3小时。结论:酒制黄连组成的交泰丸镇静催眠活性较同生药量生品黄连组成的交泰丸强,且具有起效快、维持时间短的时效特点。

Studies on the sedative and hypnotic activities of Jiaotai Wan (交泰丸) prepared by raw or wine- processed Coptidis Rhizoma

Objective: To observe the sedative and hypnotic activities of Jiaotai Wan(JTW) prepared by raw or wine-processed Coptidis Rhizoma.Methods: Synergetic effect with pentobarbital sodium and effect on the motor activity to the open field in mice of JTW were observed and its time-effect was also explored.Results: JTW composed by raw or wine-processed Coptidis Rhizom all significantly shortened sleep latency,prolonged sleep time and increased number of sleepy mice induced by pentobarbital sodium,and inhibited motor activity in mice,which showed it exerted remarkable sedative and hypnotic activities,and potency of the latter was higher than the former.Meanwhile,JTW prepared by wine-processed Coptidis Rhizoma showed hypnotic activity at 0.5 hour,exerted strongest effect at 2 hours and lasted to 3 hours after oral administration.Conclusion: JTW prepared by wine-processed Coptidis Rhizoma showed significant sedative-hypnotic effects with fast latency and short duration.
