摘    要:目的 探讨酶法测定血清钾偶尔假性增高而与临床不符的原因及解决办法。方法 对酶法常规检测血清钾结果假性增高标本进行自动复检并观察其时间反应进程曲线 ,同时与ISE检测结果进行比较。结果 酶法测定血清钾偶尔会出现的检测结果假性增高与其时间反应进程曲线明显异常有关而与底物耗尽、标本内源性干扰及交叉污染无关。经自动复检其反应曲线正常且结果与ISE检测结果无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,相关性良好 (r =0 .95 )。结论 通过时间反应进程曲线可鉴别酶法测定血清钾是否属假性增高 ;酶法测定血清钾假性增高者基本可通过自动复检或ISE法获取正确的检测结果。

Abstract:Objective Explore roots of the seldom-false high results,which was not accord with the clinical diagnosis,of serum potassium determined by enzymatic assay and solving methods.Methods Auto rerunning the samples whose serum potassium concentrations were false-high determined by enzymatic method and ananlysis their reaction-time-course-curves,meanwhile,comparing the first and rerunning results with the ones measured by NOVA ISE method.Results Once in a while ,the serum potassium concentrations of the enzymatic method were false high (0~5%),and the wrong results were related with the abnormal reaction-time-course-curves while not ralated with substrate-exhaust-effects,inner interference of the samples and cross contamination of the analyzer.But with the enzymatic auto rerunning,the curves became normal and the results correlated well with the ISE method (r=0.95) and there were no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The false high serum potassium results determined by enzymatic assay could be identified by analyzing reaction-time-course-curves of the samples and be corrected by auto rerunning or by ISE method.
