摘    要:目的:论证Alzheimer病(AD)与单胺氧化酶B基因(MAOB)的两个微卫星DNA标记(MAOBI2和MAOBTG)是否存在关联.方法:应用微卫星DNA多态性的方法,计算73例AD患者和81名正常对照者等位基因频率,并对AD与MAOBI2及MAOBTG的各等位基因进行关联分析.结果:得出了正常人和AD病人MAOBI2和MAOBTG的筹位基因频率.关联分析表明,AD与MAOBI2的等位基因176bp存在接近显著的正相关,相对危险率为4.21,x2=2.98,与MAOBTG的等位基因201bp和207bp分别存在接近显著的正相关和负相关,相对危险率分别为4.76和0.14,x2分别为3.73和3.30.结论:Alzheimer病与单胺氧化酶B基因的两个微卫星DNA标记(MAOBI2和MAOBTG)可能不存在显著性关联.

Abstract:Objective: To demonstrate whether Alzhemer's disease (AD)was associated with two microsatellites DNA markers (MAOBI2 and MAOBTG ) in monoamine oxidase B (MAOB)gene. Method 73 AD cases and 81 normal controls were selected for the study. Alleles frequencies of MAOBI2 and MAOBTG in AD and the controls were estimated by the method Of microsatellites DNA POlymorphism.Results There was a nearly significant positive associstion between AD and allele 176bp of MAOBI2(relative risk = 4.21, x2 =2.98). There were nearlysighficant positive and negative association betweenAD and alleles 201bp.207bp of MAOBTG (relativerisk = 4.76, 0.14 respectively, x2= 3.73, 3.30 respeCtively). COnclusion It suggests there are no signicant associations between AD and MAOBI2 andMAOBTG.
