| 摘 要： | TL1A是肿瘤坏死因子超家族的一个新亚群。通过与受体DR3和DcR3/TR6的结合,既可诱导细胞凋亡,也能活化NF-ΚB。在淋巴细胞、单核细胞/巨噬细胞的活化和增殖,炎症反应的调节、机体的免疫应答以及动脉粥样硬化、炎症性肠病等疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | TL1A is a novel member of the TNF-supeffamjly that induces apoplosis and NF-KB activation in certain cells through binding to DR3 and DeR3/TR6. TLIA may play an important role in the aclivalion and proliferation of lymphoeytes and monocytes/macrophages,the regulation of inflammalory response and immune response,and the development of atheroselerosis and inflammatory bowel disease. |
