| 摘 要： | 目的研究黄酮醋酸类化合物合成方法及生物活性.方法通过酰基化、Fries重排、氯甲基化、氰化、缩合、关环氧化及水解等七步反应合成目标产物6-甲基-3′,4′-亚甲二氧基-8-黄酮醋酸.结果所得的6-甲基-3′,4′-亚甲二氧基-8-黄酮醋酸及其前体化合物6-甲基-8-氰甲基-3′,4′-亚甲二氧基黄酮均有抗炎活性.结论该合成方法具有反应时间短、操作简便、收率好等优点. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To synthesize the derivatives of substituted flavone-8-acetic acid and evaluate their biological activities. METHOD The target was prepared by acylating,Fries rearrangement reaction , chloromethylating, cyanating, condensation reaction , and hydrolyzing reaction.RESULTS The products, such as the flavone and the flavone-8-acetic acid showed significant anti-inflammatory activity.CONCLUSION Being compared with other synthetic methods of flavone-8- acetic acids , this method is character by the short reaction time, the simple operation process and the good yield. |
