| 摘 要： | 目的通过CT测量观察青年女性慢性非特异性腰背痛患者腰椎旁肌肉的形态学改变。方法分别测量第4腰椎下缘平面双侧竖脊肌、多裂肌、最长肌、腰方肌、腰大肌的横截面面积(cm2)与平均密度CT值(HU)。结果(1)慢性腰背痛患者组,左右竖脊肌、左右多裂肌和右侧腰大肌的横截面积均小于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)慢性腰背痛患者组,左右多裂肌和右侧腰大肌的横截面平均CT值低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论青年女性慢性非特异性腰背痛患者多伴有椎旁肌肉的萎缩,CT测量可较好的反映出这些变化。 |
